The first driver is scope. Each extra piece needs its own logic and its own connection into whatever phone line, CRM or calendar the community already runs on. Precipitate's approach is to map the manual work first and say plainly what a system can and cannot own. A tour-scheduling agent can qualify a caller, check availability and book a slot. It should not be the one handling a family member who is upset or asking a medical question, that goes to a person, every time. Because pricing is quoted per engagement on the value the system creates rather than off a price list, there is no number to give without knowing which of these tasks costs the community the most staff time today. The way to judge if it is worth it is to weigh that ongoing staff time and missed follow-ups against what building and running the system would take, which is exactly what a short conversation is for.
