The Precipitate Protocol

Precipitate AI is a research and infrastructure protocol that builds and operates autonomous, AI-driven trading strategies across crypto perpetuals, equities, and prediction markets. Strategy execution, market intelligence, and venue access are unified in a single onchain stack.

RAIN is the protocol's access and governance token. It is an ERC-20 deployed on Ethereum and Base, and it gates the Oracle intelligence terminal and protocol governance.

What trading strategies does Precipitate operate?
A live book of automated strategies trading single-name equities, ETFs, commodities, and crypto perpetuals on Hyperliquid. Execution is non-custodial: users approve a Hyperliquid agent and keys stay with the user. Live and backtested performance for every strategy is published at automate.precipitate.ai.
Is the protocol still active?
Yes. The trading desk, the Oracle intelligence terminal, and compute are live in production. The 2023 partners program is retired, and the original whitepaper is kept for historical reference only.
